The Rail Transfer Cart delivered for this project has an ultra-high load capacity of 35 tons and was specially customized for transporting large, concentrated cable reels. The equipment uses a battery-powered system that can support 4 to 6 hours of full-load operation on a single charge, fully meeting the company's needs for long-term continuous operation.
The electric flat cart travels along a track with a total distance of approximately 150 meters, offering stable movement and precise positioning. Staff can use a wireless remote control to start and stop the cart, adjust speed, and control direction, greatly improving convenience and operational safety. For handling heavy cable reels, the technical team specially reinforced the frame structure and load-bearing system of the Rail Transfer Cart and selected Stål med hög hållfasthet för att säkerställa utmärkt hållbarhet under extrema belastningsförhållanden .
